RMP War Graves in Northern Ireland
Ex SSgt Barrie Morris, RMP, runs a Web Site at www.corpsofmilitarypolice.org which provides an accurate historical record and precise geographic location of all RMP War Graves throughout the world. Some years ago the RMPA NI Branch Chairman assisted Barrie to collate information on RMP War Graves in Northern Ireland. As a result the above website lists 10 Ulster graveyards where fallen RMP comrades were laid to rest. The burial places and names of those fallen members of the Royal Military Police are listed below.
If ever you are in the vicinity of any of these burial sites, please try and make time to visit them, find the graveside and pause to remember the ultimate sacrifice made by a brave soldier and dearly departed colleague who gave their today so that we may all enjoy our tomorrow.
